About the Galveston Bay Brewing 5K Beer Run
Start and finish at GBBC and run the beautiful and quaint neighborhood along Clear Lake and back to the brewery for the typical 4 x 8oz (or 2 pints) in your take home finisher glass. Galveston Bay Brewing also has a kitchen with some delicious items they will make available on race day.

What you get for the buck:
Upon finishing runners will get to hit the tasting room where they will use tear away tabs from their bib to sample up
Your entry includes a custom finisher glass, four 8-oz tastings of Galveston Bay craft beer, an official race performance fabric T-shirt, and a well-marked and supported course. Also:
- Free race photos available online after the race
- Food trucks available for anyone wishing to purchase tasty food after the run!
- The chance to win a competitive award OR a prize in our random drawings!

Awards
Top male and female overall and master (40 and up) winners will receive custom awards designed just for beer lovers! Custom awards also go to the top three male and female in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69 and 70 and up. YOU WILL LOVE THESE AWARDS. We will hold a random drawing for souvenir awards after the competitive award ceremony.
The Course
Beautiful loop through neighborhood and along scenic Clear Lake. One water stop at the halfway point.
Packet Pick Up
You have two options for packet pickup:
- Friday April 26 at the brewery from 4-7pm on Friday aaannnd…
2. On race day at the brewery from 6:30AM-7:45AM.
Parking
Parking is free and there’s plenty of it! If the brewery parking is full find a safe, legal parking spot nearby.
